Resolved High Error Rates
We are noticing high error rates with API, Hosted pages and other services. Our technical team is investigating and we will provide an update at the earliest.
Resolved Slack Notification Down
Due to an ongoing incident at Slack (https://status.slack.com), Merchants will not receive any slack Notifications/Reports from Chargebee. Who is impacted: Merchants who have subscribed for slack based Notifications/Reports from Chargebee will be affected. Impact : 1) Slack notifications on customer/invoice events will not be sent. The failed jobs will be retried for a period of time and will succeed when Slack services are back online. 2) Slack daily Reports will not be sent to the Merchants.
Resolved Webhook Processing Delay
We noticed a delay with Webhook processing service on 5th Dec 16:15 to 16:45 UTC. We have identified the root cause and a fix was implemented.

Resolved SendGrid - Email Service Degradation
SendGrid, one of our default email service provider is down. As the duration of outage has been longer, we expect a delay in processing invoice and other subscription related emails. Customers who have signed up with us for email services during transactions will be affected during the event. We have got in touch with SendGrid Team and we are closely monitoring the status, Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Resolved AWS DNS Resolver Issue
We are noticing intermittent errors in our service due to AWS DNS resolver issue. We have raised this with AWS and closely monitoring the situation.

Resolved Webhook Failure
On June 2nd, 0:00 to 0:45 hours UTC, We faced an issue in our Webhook events generation. Service is back up now and we are currently monitoring and investigating further.
Resolved Activity Logs Latency
We observed Intermittent delay in processing activity logs from 05/05/2020 13:00: to 08/05/2020 09:00: UTC. Issue is rectified now and processing time are improved. There wasn't any business impact noticed during the event. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
