Email notifications aren't delivered to some users due to an issue with the third-party service
We are experiencing an issue that relates to the notification emails from our platform for some stores. As a result, some store owners and customers do not receive email notifications. For example, emails aren't received by some customers who try to log into their customer accounts through the Sign-in by link feature. This happens due to an issue on a third-party mailing server provider's side. Note: the issue doesn’t anyhow affect the stores data (orders, products, customers, etc.) and storefront - all your data is safe and your customers are able to place orders as usual. The issue only affects the email notifications. We are sorry for this issue to occur.

Ecwid storefronts and control panels are unavailable for some users
As of October 7, 2022, 20:00 UTC, Ecwid control panels and storefronts are not loading or are loading slowly due to a partial server outage. We are urgently trying to identify the cause of the issue and fix it. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The storefronts and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem. We are very sorry for this downtime, we’ll be posting updates here every 15 minutes. Some Ecwid admin panels are unavailable
Currently, some Ecwid accounts may experience a downtime, to be more precise — your sales page (Ecwid admin → My Sales → Orders and Ecwid admin → My Sales → Abandoned Carts) are not loading, and new orders won't appear in Ecwid Admin. You may see the “Sorry we are having technical issues” error in your control pane. We are urgently working on a fix. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The sales page and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem.
