Resolved Major Can't print purchased shipping labels from Ecwid Admin

We are experiencing an issue with services, which provides shipping label functionality to us. At this moment, store owners can't print shipping labels bought trough Ecwid Admin. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. While we’re on it, please purchase the label directly from a shipping carrier, until we fix the issue. We are sorry for this downtime. The next update is in 30 minutes. Store owners and customers might not receive the following type of emails: - Order and admin notifications - Sign in by link - Forgot your password - Email verification We are working to bring email notifications back into service. You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when Ecwid has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service and get notifications.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
