Resolved Ecwid storefronts and control panels are unavailable

30% of Ecwid control panels and storefronts were loading slowly. Our developers found out the reason and fixed the issue. We keep monitoring the situation. Everything should load without any errors. Resolved Customers may not receive notifications

Customers who placed orders in the Ecwid stores may not receive the order notifications and Sign-in notifications to their emails. The cause of the issue is identified and we're continuing to work on the fix. We are sorry for this problem. We will post updates here.

Resolved Ecwid storefronts and control panels are unavailable

Some Ecwid control panels and storefronts are not loading or are loading slowly: You may see the 'We are having technical issues' error in your control panel. And your customers can not access your store with "This page isn’t working" error. We are urgently working on a fix. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The storefronts and control panels will be up and running once we fix the problem. Resolved Ecwid storefronts keep reloading

At the moment some Ecwid stores are experiencing the following issue: some storefronts keep reloading when opening a store page. We are urgently working on a fix and will release it within the next hour. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. The storefronts will be up and running once we fix the problem. We are very sorry for this downtime. We'll post the next update in 30 minutes.

Resolved Ecwid integration with Facebook is not working

Facebook is currently experiencing a partial outage. It causes the downtime of our Facebook Shops integration. It is an Ecwid product catalog in the Shop section on your Facebook business page. Please see the screenshot of Ecwid demo store on Facebook: If you click on the Shop tab on Facebook, there will be the following error, screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/ciGSMg The Facebook outage does not anyhow affect Ecwid stores' data (orders, products, customers, etc) — all your data is safe and intact. Your Ecwid storefronts are totally available, your customers are able to view products, add them to the shopping cart and pay for an order. The outage only affects the display of your catalog on Facebook Shops and the Facebook tab in Ecwid admin > Facebook. We are sorry for this downtime. We’ll be posting updates here.
