Please see the screenshot of Ecwid demo store on Facebook: If you click on the Shop tab on Facebook, there will be the following error, screenshot: https://ecwid.d.pr/ciGSMg The Facebook outage does not anyhow affect Ecwid stores' data (orders, products, customers, etc) — all your data is safe and intact. Resolved Stripe service doesn’t work

We are having issues with the Stripe payment gateway: customers can't pay the order via the Stripe. Customers can see the following error: "Sorry, this payment method is temporarily unavailable. Please, choose another payment method." We are working to get it up and running. All your data (products, orders, customer details, store settings, etc) is safe and intact. Stripe will be operative once the issue is fixed. In the meantime, you can do the following as a workaround: 1. Disable [payment service name] in your Ecwid Control Panel > Payment ; 2. If you have other payment methods enabled in your store, your store continues working as usual, customers can pay for the orders via those payment methods. So you can just wait until a fix is released. 3. You can send PayPal invoices to the customers: 3.1 Add a manual (offline) payment method ( Instructions ) , named e.g. “PayPal Invoice”. 3.2 Once you receive an order, you can email the customer and attach a PayPal invoice.
