Mux Data Anomaly Alerts not triggering correctly
Starting around 22:40 UTC on March 14th we experienced an issue where Anomaly Alerts within Mux Data were not triggered correctly for most customers. Our team has patched this issue, and as of ~18:40 UTC on March 15th all alerts are being triggered correctly. This did not affect any Threshold Alerts configured within the dashboard. Our team continues to monitor the system to ensure performance and functionality.

Delayed data in Monitoring dashboards for Mux Data customers ingested data in the EU
We have identified an issue that is causing the data in the Monitoring dashboards of Mux Data to be delayed as of approximately 20:25 UTC on March 8th. This is only affecting customers ingesting data via our EU location. We are working to catch up as quickly as possible, and will provide updates here as we have them.

Incomplete data from Delivery Usage API
We have identified incomplete delivery usage data between roughly 3/6 19:00 UTC to 3/7 3:00 UTC. The affected logs are being reprocessed, but some customers may temporarily see partial or incomplete data in the Delivery Usage API for the affected hours until that process is complete. We will update and resolve this incident when that backfill process is complete.

Incomplete data in Delivery Usage API
We have identified an issue in our Delivery Usage API where data returned for timestamps after 21:30 UTC on Feb 7th is incomplete. Our team is working on rectifying this issue and we will provide updates as we have them. All video ingest and playback remains functional and is not affected in any way.
