We’re currently experiencing a technical issue affecting transfers from SGD when using bank transfer as a payment method. As a result, some transfers are currently failing. If possible, we recommend using PayNow as an alternative method. We’re already working on it and we’ll update once the issue is resolved.

We are currently experiencing an issue impacting transfers and Wise Account top ups. Customers funding their transactions via a bank transfer in these currencies will be impacted: MYR, AUD, NZD, CHF. As a result, it may take us a little longer than usual to confirm that we've received your money. Other funding methods, like cards, are not affected. We're already working on it and we’ll update once the issue is resolved.

Issue Impacting Wise Account Top Ups

We’re aware of a technical issue with a service partner affecting top ups to the Wise Account. For those using a credit card or debit card multiple currencies are impacted, including: CHF, PLN, USD, NZD, AUD, HUF, RON, SGD, HKD, BRL, JPY, CAD. This is impacting transfers for these currencies as well. For those making top ups and transfers using Apple Pay or Google Pay all currencies are impacted. We're already working on a solution and we’ll update once the issue is resolved.
