March 2026: Issue with Aisera Bot on MSFT Teams channel
The Aisera bot experienced functionality issues on Microsoft Teams channels, causing users to receive delayed or missing responses when interacting with the bot. The incident affected multiple Aisera components including the UI, Conversational AI Service, AI Ops Engine, Live Agent Handoff Service, TicketIQ, and Conversational RPA Service. The issue was traced to degradation in Microsoft Teams' infrastructure and was resolved after 2.6 hours through coordination with Microsoft.
