May 2026: Intermittent Slowdowns Affecting Response Times
Akeneo customers in the Western European region experienced intermittent episodes of significantly slower response times in their PIM platform, with pages and actions taking much longer than usual to load or complete during affected periods. The issue impacted all customers in the region episodically over 33 hours, though normal performance resumed between episodes. Engineers identified and resolved an infrastructure bottleneck, implementing additional mitigations to restore expected performance levels.
