Akeneo experienced increased latency on product and product model import jobs affecting customers in the Western European region, beginning around 5:00 PM CEST on April 16th, 2026. The issue impacted the Serenity component and caused import processing delays for affected customers. The engineering team identified and implemented a fix, with the issue fully resolved after 3.2 hours and import performance returning to expected levels.
