March 2026: CloudLink Daemon Service Disruption for MCX/MiCC
The Mitel CloudLink Daemon service went down for MCX/MiCC systems due to a failed update on March 23/24 that left the Windows service in a stopped state, affecting the Tunnel component for 26.2 hours. The issue was resolved by rolling back the CloudLink Daemon to version 1.8.66+139 and restarting the service on affected MiCC-B/MCX systems.
