April 2026: Issue when querying live edge data in the US region
New Relic experienced a 2.7-hour outage affecting customers' ability to query live edge data in the US region, with some synthetic monitors also stopping during the incident. The issue impacted Dashboards, Logs, and Synthetics services in the US region, while data ingest and alert notifications continued to function normally. The problem was resolved and all impacted services returned to normal operations.
