May 2026: UI and Data Irregularities - US Region
New Relic experienced a major service interruption in the US region where customers encountered issues loading UI pages and experienced delayed data in queries, charts, and dashboards across all monitoring services including APM, Infrastructure, Alerts, and Synthetics. The incident lasted 1.7 hours from 22:30 UTC on May 14th to 01:00 UTC on May 15th, 2026. New Relic resolved the issue and confirmed that data ingest and alerts were ultimately not impacted, with all services returning to normal operation.
