Vertex Cloud Indirect Tax experienced a degradation affecting the Portal application's functionality for 1.4 hours. The Production Support team identified the issue and developed a resolution that was successfully deployed. The incident has been fully resolved.

The Vertex Certificate Center experienced delays with bulk upload functionality for 3.4 hours, affecting some customers' ability to efficiently upload certificates in bulk. Vertex's Production Support team identified and implemented a fix to resolve the performance issues. All Certificate Center services were fully restored to expected performance levels.
