Some merchants in Germany using Zettle Cash Registers experienced missing signatures on their receipts for 66.1 hours. Payment processing remained unaffected, and all receipts stayed compliant with transactions properly captured in DSFinV-K reports for tax audits. The incident has been resolved.

Other payment methods continued to work normally and previously completed payments remained secure. The incident was resolved after teams restored full processing capacity.

The incident affected services across 12 countries including Mexico, UK, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Brazil. The issue has been resolved after the team implemented a fix.

Zettle experienced issues with PayPal connected account deposits starting February 24th, affecting merchants in the UK and France who saw their payouts incorrectly displayed as "pending" in the Zettle backoffice despite funds being processed successfully. The incident lasted 52.2 hours and was resolved on February 27th with the implementation of a fix to correct the display issue.
