We are receiving a number of complaints related to customers not able to login to their Rackspace mailbox via webmail portal or using any third party email clients. The issue is identified by the Rackspace team and they are working on fixing this issue. We will update our status page as soon as we hear update from Rackspace team. Any inconvenience caused because of this issue issue is highly regretted.

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Cloudways has issues.
Why should I subscribe to IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services you care about and impact your company. We'll keep you informed about the incidents that happen. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to an actual plan to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
