Resolved Minor Microsoft Sway services are not working

Microsoft is experiencing issues with services impacting multiple instances of applications like Sway, Forms, One Drive, etc. The document you are trying to access is a SWAY document. The MS Health Status page can't be loaded and this might indicate a wider issue. As soon as Microsoft restores these services the document will load again. This is not an isolated incident for LMS365 this is at least affecting North America and Europe users of these services. At the moment the service seems is up and running, but super slow.

Resolved Minor Problem with access to the new Courses

We would like to inform you that our engineers have implemented a fix that should solve the caching issue which has arisen after the January LMS365 release. The solution is deploying the updated SPFX package for your Tenant that would allow dealing with inconsistencies after the release. Your admins should follow the steps from this article to make those changes: https://helpcenter.elearningforce.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001535949-How-to-manually-update-the-SPFX-package-for-your-Tenant That change will reset the cache for all users in their organization, so they shouldn’t do it by themselves. Also, that should help in case a large organization with a lot of users is affected. Another method to address this was previously mentioned as a workaround. Users, who experience the issue, can individually clear cache for “365.systems” and “sharepoint.com”.
