Resolved Duplicate Announcements Guides Displaying in Resource Center
Unexpected duplicates of existing Announcements guides are currently displaying for some customers using an 'Announcements' type module in their Resource Center. These duplicates are set to Public status if the original Announcements guide was set to Public. Our team is aware of the issue and is actively working to resolve this.
Resolved Resource Center Not Displaying
We have received reports and verified that when toggling to 'Production' state, the Resource Center may no longer display within a customer's application. We are aware of the problem and working to resolve as a priority. We will provide updates here as they are available.
Resolved User page content not loading for customers with Feedback
We have been made aware that due to the Feedback incident, customers who also have a Feedback subscription may be experiencing issues loading content on the Users page of the Pendo application. Engineering is aware of the issue and working to resolve. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.
Resolved Feedback Unavailable
We have been made aware that the Feedback application and platform is currently unavailable for all customers. Our engineering team is aware and working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible. We will provide updates here as soon as additional information is available.
Resolved NPS Responses Page Unavailable
We have received reports of issues loading the NPS Responses page in the Pendo web application. Our team is aware and we are working to research and resolve as soon as possible. We will update this page with more information as soon as it is available.
