Resolved Issues Loading Feedback

We are investigating reports of customers reporting latency with guide deployment within their applications. Our engineering team is aware and working to address the problem as quickly as possible. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.

We are aware of an ongoing issue with Feedback on our US control plane. Customers may be experiencing issues accessing Feedback and it's functionality. We are reviewing the issue and will provide updates as soon as they are available.

Resolved Guide List Blank for EU Customers

The Pendo application in EU experienced a transient issue where the Guides list view (https://app.eu.pendo.io/guides) appeared blank from for 10 minutes starting around 4:39am EST. This also affected in-app analytics for some subscriptions, causing guide-related analytics to error out. These issues have since been resolved and the errors should no longer be present. Guide data, data collection, and the display of guides to end-users were not affected.

Resolved Guide List View Blank

The Pendo application experienced a transient issue where the Guides list view (https://app.pendo.io/guides) appeared blank for 10 minutes starting around 12:28 pm EST. This also affected in-app analytics for some subscriptions, causing guide-related analytics to error out. These issues have since been resolved and the errors should no longer be present. Guide data, data collection, and the display of guides to end-users were not affected.

Resolved Pendo Application Failing to Load

We have received reports and are able to confirm issues loading App.Pendo.io and access the Pendo Web Application. Our engineering team is working research and resolve the issue. At this time we do not believe this incident is impacting guide deliverability or data collection. We will provide updates as soon as they are available.

Resolved App.Pendo.io Intermittently Failing to Load

We have received reports and are able to reproduce an issue loading App.Pendo.io and accessing the Pendo Web Interface. Our teams are aware and working to understand root cause. We will provide additional information as soon as it is available. Please note that guide deliverability and visitor data are not currently impacted by this incident.
