Resolved Minor Inbound/Outbound call routing impact

During the morning of 09/09/22 one of Sharpen's vendors began experiencing issues which introduced latency in queue operations which manifests as the behavior of calls not routing expectedly within Sharpen Q and outbound calls not connecting when dialed. We have taken mitigating steps to direct these processes away from the impacted vendor and have experienced recovery from this behavior in our testing. As we currently monitor telemetry please reach out to the SharpenCare team with any new reports of odd or out of place Sharpen Q behavior so we can confirm if there are issues still being experienced that are not accounted for in our testing.
