We are aware of an issue in IZ1 (app.iz1.sharpen.cx) which was causing an interruption to the ability to disconnect, hold, or unhold interactions. You also may have observed degraded call quality. We had restored service as of 10:49 AM Eastern Time. We observed repeat impact as of 11:07 AM and again restored service at 11:09 ET. We are continuing efforts to completely restore service in a sustained manner.
