Resolved Unable to Load or Export Data within Application Dashboard
We have identified an internal certificate issue that is preventing loading or exporting data within the Application Dashboard. A fix is being deployed to resolve the error.
Resolved Outbound SMS Failures
We are currently investigating an issue with outbound SMS message delivery failures, including Multi-Factor Authentication and Automated Response messages.
Resolved Ongoing provider incident causing intermittent call completion issues for a small number of customers
An ongoing issue at one of our upstream telephony providers is causing call routing issues for some calls involving numbers provisioned through that service. We do not have a time to resolution from our vendor at this time, but we are continuing to monitor the situation.
