Investigating Gladly Sidekick Issues
We are investigating an issue with Gladly Sidekick causing a subset of Threads to be handed off prematurely to Agents, before being handled by automation. We have identified issues with sending outbound SMS-es intermittently from Gladly, causing delivery failures. We are continuing to work with our carrier partner on a resolution for the SMS issues.
