Inbound Call Failures from a Subset of Numbers From Bell Network in Canada.
Hypercare's virtual pager may not work when a caller attempts to call a Hypercare virtual pager from a subset of Bell phone numbers. This is due to an issue experienced by our third party provider, Twilio, and is currently under investigation. We will provide further updates when they become available.

Hypercare Download Availability Temporarily disabled in the Google Play Store
Impact: During this time, customers will not be able to download the Hypercare app in the Google Play Store. Users of Hypercare with the app already downloaded will not experience any downtime however new Android users will experience a delay in downloading the app from the Google Play Store until the situation is resolved. Android users can login to Hypercare using Google Chrome (app.hypercare.com) on their devices. Upon investigation, the team identified an issue with documentation provided to Google and is rolling out a fix.

Performance Degradation - SMS notification system
The Hypercare team became aware of a performance degradation issue impacting multiple phone numbers in the production environment. Impact: During this time customers may experience complications creating new user accounts, resetting passwords using SMS along with receiving Safeguard notifications. Please note that Hypercare messaging on mobile and web platforms are not impacted as a result of this incident. We are currently investigating this incident and exploring multiple paths to resolution including the possibility of a workaround that customers can use to mitigate the issue by using email in the ‘forgot password flow’ and Safeguard notifications. Any questions please reach out to your Customer Success team or Support channels.
