Affected clients are getting their live videos rejected incorrectly. We are currently investigating the underlying issue.

We're currently experiencing issues that are negatively impacting latency on the clients dashboard. Investigation is ongoing and we will update at 11:30 UTC

Resolved Some users are unable to login to the Dashboard

Some users have contacted us to inform that they were unable to login to the Dashboard, which was showing the message "Something went wrong! Please try again later". The issue started at 17:30 BST and lasted 5 minutes. We identified the source of the problem and quickly deployed a fix, and it was caused by a temporary surge of internal requests hitting one of our databases. We have now created safeguards to prevent the same problem from happening again. Thank you for your cooperation and we apologise if you were impacted by this short incident.

Resolved Delays in Document checks processing times in EU

Our team has identified the source of the issue with the Document Checks delays and is working to address the problem.

Resolved Incorrect status on Dashboard

We have identified an issue where dashboard statuses do not actually reflect the current status of a check. A short term workaround is to click on the check to view the current status. The API is unaffected by this issue. We are in the process of rolling out a fix and will update at 12pm.

Resolved Validating sdk_tokens errors

We are having issues impacting a small subset of clients in validating sdk_tokens. We are applying a fix, but in the meantime, any impacted client can apply a fix. When creating the sdk_token do not pass the fields referrer or application_id with the null value.
