Paddle experienced an issue where new sellers were unable to access Retain settings and the ProfitWell Metrics dashboard. The incident affected multiple components including the Seller Dashboard, Retain, and Production Billing systems for 46.5 hours. The incident impacted both production and sandbox billing environments, preventing normal delivery of webhooks and emails. A fix was deployed and service was restored by 12:07 BST, with all delayed webhooks and emails successfully reprocessed by 12:12 BST.

The issue was resolved and normal service was fully restored, with the team continuing to monitor for stability over the following 24 hours.
