Resolved History in issue view not showing dates

We continue to work on resolving a problem rendering dates in the History tab in the Issue View. This is only affecting sites in the US region. We have identified the root cause and expect recovery shortly.

Resolved Sprint name and goal cannot be edited

We are investigating an issue where some Sprint names and goals cannot be updated that is impacting Jira Software Cloud customers. We will provide more details within the next hour.

Resolved Login issues with single sign on account

We have identified an incident that has resulted in a small number of customers having been locked out of their accounts as a result of the incident. Atlassian has identified that this outage is caused by the incident and is not a security related issue and there is no data loss or any accounts have been compromised. We are actively working to resolve this outage. We will post more information here in the next 2 hours

Resolved Time out errors seen with Jira-slack integration App

We are investigating an issue with Jira-Slack integration that is impacting Jira Core, Jira Software and Jira Service Management Cloud customers. We will provide more details within the next 2 hours.

Resolved Login issues with single sign on account

We have identified an incident that has caused a trigger of false email notifications to a small number of customers, stating an update has been initiated by the customer admin. A subset of these customers have also been locked out of their accounts as a result of the incident . Atlassian has identified that this outage and email set is caused by the incident and is not a security related issue. We are actively working to resolve this outage and related email sent. We will post more information here in the next 2 hours
