Confirming that Reporting is currently delayed up to 50 minutes in our Portal/API. No data has been lost and your reports will catch up soon. Inbound/Outbound Messages will continue to send instantly, however reporting logs may take some time to show each message. Apologies for this delay.

We have identified a potential issue with sending (MT) via the Vodafone network, and also receiving replies (MO) from Vodafone numbers to Telstra supplied dedicated and rotary numbers. We have escalated this with both providers and are awaiting further comms from them. Status will be updated every half-hour.
