We are experiencing a performance degradation issue with Care for US customers; as a result, agents may not be able to respond to customer posts. Our Engineering team is working on the issue. We will keep you updated further.

Resolved [Marketing-Inbox & Analytics] Delay in Twitter content ingestion
We observe an increase in failures of Twitter content ingestion coming from Twitter’s side. As a result, you may experience an issue with Inbox & Analytics in content flow to the Khoros platform. We are tracking the issue, and we will keep you updated when we have more information available.
Resolved [Community Analytics] Metrics unavailable for EMEA customers
We observed that Community Analytics metrics are unavailable for 26th, 27th March for the EMEA customers. Our team has identified an infrastructure problem that caused it, and we will begin data processing soon; ETA for completing this process is 30th March.
