Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp are experiencing a major outage which has also affected all API activity. This impacts all inbound and outbound content for both Care and Marketing, and users will not be able to perform any actions related to Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp content. We have reached out to our Facebook partner contacts for additional information and will provide updates as they become available.
Resolved [Marketing-Publishing] LinkedIn publish failure for targeted posts
We are currently experiencing publishing failures for LinkedIn organic posts with location targeting. We are investigating this issue and will keep you posted about this. Until then, we recommend that posts with location targeting be created by directly logging in to LinkedIn. Any scheduled LinkedIn posts that have location targeting will also need to be published directly on LinkedIn until further notice from us.
