Resolved Degraded SAML Service- Issues Saving SAML Connectors

We're currently investigating reports of SAML connectors failing to save in the JumpCloud Admin Console at https://console.jumpcloud.com/. We are investigating the cause of the issues currently, and will update the status event once resolved.

Resolved SCIM Provisioning is delayed

We are currently investigating an issue where SCIM dispatching is delayed. Messages are queuing, and we are are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Resolved Degraded Commands Service

We're investigating reports of command results not displaying in the JumpCloud Administrator Console via JumpCloud Commands. Commands should continue to execute at the system level during this time. We are investigating the cause of the issues currently, and will update the status once resolved.

Resolved User agent installs through the User Portal are failing to complete

We are currently investigating an issue with user agent installs failing to complete. The Admin agent installs are currently working and unaffected by this issue.

Resolved Directory Insights- Degraded Service

We're currently investigating reports of a degraded Directory Insights service. We are investigating the cause of the issues currently, and will update the status event once resolved.

Resolved Degraded Agent Service

We're currently investigating reports of degraded performance with JumpCloud's Agent for systems service. Notably, systems are failing to propagate correctly in the JumpCloud console for new agent installations. We are investigating the cause of the issues currently, and will update the status event once resolved.

Resolved Degraded Agent Service

We have identified an issue with new installs of JumpCloud's Agent for systems service. During this time, new Agent installs will fail to populate hostname and display name. We are currently working on implementing a fix, and will update the status event once resolved.

Resolved Multi-Tenant Portal (MTP) Console Service

We're currently investigating reports of degraded performance or connectivity issues with JumpCloud's Multi-Tenant Portal (MTP). We believe this issue to be isolated to administrators using the Multi-Tenant Portal. We are investigating the cause of the issues currently, and will update the status event once resolved.

Resolved Third Party: Microsoft Office 365 Integration
