Resolved CardPointe Reporting Status Issue
We are currently investigating a reporting issue where transaction and batch statuses from March 2nd failed to properly update within CardPointe Reporting. Affected transactions and batches have funded successfully. Partners subscribed to data services for funding reports (Transactions, Chargebacks, Funding, Adjustments) may see discrepancies on their reports from March 4th.

Due to an issue with the rebilling system rebills scheduled from 02/14/2021 02:04am CST through 02/15/2021 08:42am CST were delayed. The rebilling system is running correctly now and working on the backlog of rebills.
Resolved BluePay Gateway Reporting Issue
BluePay Gateway reporting APIs were unavailable 01/14/2021 01:33PM CST until 01:52PM CST. Reporting APIs have been working normally since that time. We continue to monitor.
